I use Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Javascript, PHP and MySQL to design and build dynamic websites current with the latest in web development standards, practices, and technologies. I also provide custom Video Tutorials that assist and instruct the client in the operation of their own website. This can include things like performing maintenance and content management tasks normally controlled by the web designer, thereby saving you time and money. • eCommerce so you can be involved in selling products or services on the Internet.

• Upgrades to your existing site such as re-design and re-coding modifications to optimize your site's visibility and functionality.

I charge $60/hr for my services, but I also have some starter website packages listed below as base pricing models to give you a better overall idea of what the minimum cost may be for an entire project.

General Website Packages

With regards to Website Plans there are 3 basic options :

1. Static website ($599) - W3C valid xhtml & css web design w/graphics - 5 static web pages including Contact Page - Image Gallery (12 images with Thumbnails, Slideshow) - Analytics (web statistics) Additional: Domain Name ($20/yr), Webhosting ($100/yr) NOTE: The first year's webhosting is free for new clients Total = $599 + $20 = $619 Annual Charges = $120 My hourly Fee is $60/hr. for applying Updates to the Content, upgrades to the website, etc ...
2. Content Management System ($999 - 2000): This is a website that you can manage all by yourself including text, images, Blog, Image Gallery, Video, and many more options and add-ons. As the Administrator you manage the website online through an Admin Panel. *Starting at $999 Additional:  Domain ($20), Webhosting ($160), Tutorials ($120) NOTE: The first year's webhosting is free for new clients (unless you have a Store/eCommerce) Total = $999*+ $20 + $120 = $1139 Annual Charges = $180 My hourly Fee is $60/hr. for applying Updates to the Content, Online Support, etc ...
3. CMS mini ($799) This is an add-on for the Static Website version that provides  some limited Content Management functionality through the use of a 3rd Part Program that links to the website server so you can make changes to Text and Images.  (This won't allow you to manage an Image Gallery). Video Tutorial included. Additional: Domain Name ($20/yr), Webhosting ($100/yr) NOTE: The first year's webhosting is free for new clients Total = $799 + $20 = $819 Annual Charges = $120

Webhosting Options

I offer very competitive pricing for webhosting. The First Year's Webhosting Fee is included (Free) for new clients, and after one year it is an annual charge which covers Server Maintenance and Website Troubleshooting. If you already own a Domain Name, then that is for you to Manage yourself. For $100 per year I provide the webspace for your website which includes technical assistance and troubleshooting, but not upgrades or updates. As I mentioned, the first year's hosting is free if I'm creating a website for you (and you must be hosted with me for at least 3 years as long as your website is active).

• Regular Webhosting  - $100
• CMS Webhosting  -  $160 (includes backups of  Database and website Files, and Program updates for Major Security Releases)
• CMS OPTION (with Regular webhosting): Video Tutorial which shows you how to perform your own Backups and Program Updates. One-Time Fee: $120
